GCS is host to many amazing events. Large and small, private and public.
With all of our events, we encourage you to use sustainable choices in catering and materials.
For some great local choices for your catering check out

We acknowledge and pay respect to the Kaurna people, the original custodians of this beautiful place.
It is an honour and privilege to use this place for our gatherings.
We continue to learn from their connection to these lands, waters and skies, and to work towards reconciliation.

Girls Rock! Adelaide

Girls Rock! Adelaide is coming to Goodwood in 2021. GRA is a not-for-profit youth organisation. We take inspiration from a network of incredible initiatives across Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Aotearoa and around the world. We believe the fun, creative and healing presence of music is essential in the lives of young people and that a more inclusive music industry benefits us all.

ASO at the Goodwood Community Centre

Thanks to the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, Goodwood Community Services
was able to host a free community concert.

Music brings our community together, uplifts the soul and soothes a stressed mind.

During 2020 we have all been impacted by the unpredictable and often scary events.
We were all able to take an hour out of a normal Monday to enjoy this performance together.
This piece the ASO presented was titled 'sanctuary',
and we hope our community centre feels that way for you some times.

Thank you to the ASO and Community Centres SA for this special opportunity.
