Looking for something different that will help your fitness? Try sitting volleyball. It is a Paralympic sport promoted for disabled players but can be played by able-bodied people. I can sit on the floor unaided, I can move at least one arm, I can see a ball moving through the air, or I can slide around on the floor, I can catch and throw a soccer size ball or play it back with one hand. If you can agree with these statements then we are looking for you! |
Ezy Dance
