What is No Lights No Lycra?
NLNL is a weekly lights-off chance to dance in the dark for the pure joy of dancing. It’s a place to shake out the stresses of the week, let go of your inhibitions and completely be yourself. It occurs in over 75 locations around the world.
When: Goodwood’s sessions are on Thursday nights 7:15 for a 7:30 start to 8:30pm in the Banquet Room of the Goodwood Community Centre
Cost: $7 at the door (correct money will be appreciated!)

DANCE TO STAY YOUNG
You don't stop dancing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop dancing. Participants are encouraged to bring their own music for a freestyle dance segment.
When: Monday 1.30pm - 2.30pm in the Banquet Hall of the Goodwood Community Centre
